  They're service is great. Only issue was as a scheduled auto check up, I don't believe it should have taken 2 hours.

  I bought a bronco sport from here and the staff was amazing! I was leasing my previous car, they helped me get out of the lease and into a new car so easily. Such a smooth process, so happy with my bronco and soooooo happy with the customer service!

  Friendly service, took a while to get my car washed (free Lincoln service), and I'm not sure my tires got rotated. Friendly service at a good price keeps me coming back!

  It was very convenient that I was allowed to drop my car off earlier than my appnt. Very shortly after my appnt time I was notified that my car was ready. The young man I left my key with was friendly and professional. The young lady that took care of the invoice was friendly and fast!

  Best dealership and service department i have ever encountered. My salesman was very personable and easy to talk to , was no pressure what so ever. They answered any questions I had and helped me decide my best options. Service after the sale has been out of this world. This is the only dealership I will do business with from now on. Anyone who says different needs to rethink their approach and attitude in my opinion. I can't say enough good about Herbert's.
