  Took the car in last Thursday 7-15-2021 , they said they'll have to order the parts and they'll be here Monday 7-19-2021. Monday comes rolling around, no parts, didn't even call my warranty, they didn't even know anything about me or my car!. And I'm buying the car through them! The service center is unprofessional and unorganized. Do not take your cars here for work they'll give you a run around.

  Vanessa, we agree with you completely. The bank you financed with required their warranty verses the normal warranty we sell. We set on hold multiple days trying to get authorization. After several says we finally got a resolution. Your car is finally in the process of getting repaired. We do apologize for any inconvenience.   I was there for 6 hours, I understand y'all were busy in the service dept, but I feel the call that needed to be made to my warranty company could've been made sooner and I wouldn't would've had to wait so long to then find out my part wasn't covered, especially after me buying the jeep from y'all, i just figured I would've gotten better service out of the service dept yesterday

  Brian, Sorry about the timeline, we agree completely. The Extended warranty companies have been shorthanded and we sometimes have to wait on a call back delaying the process. We could not pre-authorize the claim until the diag happened. We look forward to doing a better job when it is a 100% in our control.

  Best car buying experience ever. I would recommend Heather Cannon Honda to anyone and I will. I asked for a Honda Pilot Elite in a certain color and since they didn’t have that color, they found one and had it there the next day! I appreciate the entire staff for making us feel like we were the only buyers in the showroom, of course, we weren’t. Shop Heather Cannon Honda. You will be pleasantly surprised.

  I can't brag enough about the service I received at Heather Cannon Honda! Heather has the best staff, and they all know how to excel in customer service. Marcus was super helpful, and thanks to all of the hard work, I now own a new 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring! It's a match made in heaven! Thanks for all you do!

  Phil Turney made my car buying experience amazing from start to finish. Buying a new car can be stressful, but he made the process so easy! He figured out what car type I was looking for and then showed me cars that fit that description. When I stepped into my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, I knew I had to have it! He didn’t rush the process and was very patient with me, allowing me to make my decision in my own time. Once I was 100% sure, he got the paper work all ready in no time! My car was washed, the tank was filled with gas, and I was out the door with my car in no time! I highly recommend Heather Cannon Honda for anyone looking for a new or used car! My 2019 car looks brand new! Thanks again to Phil and everyone at Heather Cannon for your extraordinary service!

  EDIT: I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars because Heather Cannon herself called me and apologized for the service I received. I was compensated for some of the service I paid for that was not done. She also explained what happened more clearly, which is why I changed my review. This dealership owner does really care about her customers I can tell from what she said to me over the phone. I do recommend going here for services. Took my Honda in to get some things fixed but they are a bit expensive for the service I received. Cons To start, they say they do a free 40 point vehicle inspection but I know they don’t do this thoroughly. -They said the horn worked fine when it doesn’t work at all on the report lol. -Said Windshield wipers were almost bad and I literally just replaced them the day before I brought it in lmfao -They charge $29 or something like that to patch a tire and they didn’t even patch it. The reason I know is because the same tire was still leaking air. The tire sensor was on when I drove it out of the service center and stayed on. When I checked the tire pressure with my own tire gage it told me it was low so I know for a fact they just say they fixed it and didn’t. Took it to Walmart to get it fixed instead and they only charged me $15. How sad Pros Debbie was very nice and she really does everything she can for you at the service center but the techs are liars lol Conclusion Don’t go here to get your car serviced. They lie about what you need. Not sure if they are told to do this by their managers or what but don’t go there. If they can’t even patch a tire it makes me wonder what else they didn’t do and they said they did on my car. I’m now taking my car to another mechanic shop locally owned to have him re-check everything they did because I don’t trust them at all. Never bought from here before so this review is only directed towards the service center, not the sales and finance departments
