      I can’t tell you how happy I am with this bank. Opened a business account and the next day I applied for the PPP loan. I was approved in 3 business days and signed docs in about 15 minutes.       Kind and professional staff! I visited the Lake Placid branch with my father. An account manager was patient and polite with his questions. Later when he asked the teller to recount his withdrawal, she counted it again slow and with a smile. A great combination of customer service and small town hospitality!
