  5 stars for customer service and 0 stars for app. I get so frustrated with this app. It resets itself whenever it wants. I have to keep signing in with username and password. I have way too many usernames and passwords to remember to have to keep doing this. Always happens at the most inconvenient times

  I like the new features, a little confusing at 1st but once u get used to the new layout it actually is more convenient. The old app was simpler, but this app gives you more access to things like “stopping payments” & “Face ID log in”

  Everyone at the Moses Cone Branch is always so helpful and nice. Several years ago we started doing some banking with them as we were tired of our "big bank". We are glad we did and look forward to growing our relationship in the years to come. Great people, great service and a great credit union.

  Service is exceptional staff are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is offices are inside hospitals and there are no Saturday hours.

I know that doesn't help with your frustration and I sincerely apologize. We are working with our vendor to make some enhancements.
