  Colby and Hayley were both wonderful to work with and were with us every step of the way to help my husband and I purchase our first home in Chicago. As first time home buyers and being relatively new to Chicago, my husband and I were both very excited but nervous about finding our first home. Colby and Hayley were very patient with us, explained each step of the process, answered all our questions, and offered so much support along the way. We felt like they always had our best interests in mind. We were able to find and close on a home in our favorite neighborhood in less than two months in a competitive market. They made the stressful home buying process very smooth for us and we could not be more excited to move into our first home. We highly recommend working with both Colby and Hayley, we know we will be working with them again in the future!

  Can't say enough wonderful things about Hayley and Katie. We decided to make the switch to them after multiple months trying to sell our condo with another realtor. They hit the ground running immediately. They recommended some quick, easy and budget-friendly changes to help refresh our condo, found a contractor to make the updates, and got us back up on the market in a little over a week. Then, amazingly, within one week of re-listing we had THREE offers come in rapid fire and ended up selling above listing. It was literally unbelievable. They took it over a few weeks before Thanksgiving (with a very tough market at the time) and found a way to get it done. And not only that, they were incredibly helpful ensuring the inspection, appraisal and beyond went well. They truly cared, which means a lot. We loved our condo - and were sad to leave - but what hurt just as much was having potential buyers come in and out and not love it as much as we did. They were able to put a quick refresh on everything that helped prospective buyers see what we'd seen in it, and loved about it. Again, can't recommend them enough!

  Hayley and Ana are FANTASTIC. We have not had great experiences with realtors in the past and we admittedly entered into this relationship with our guard up. We could not have been more thrilled with both Hayley and Anna. From the beginning, it was clear that Hayley was truly our advocate and not just about closing the sale as quickly as possible. She actively listened to our concerns, respectfully educated us on the process, and continually volunteered to go above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. She has even agreed to help me pick out counters for our new home! Hayley and Ana both do an exceptional job at making you feel like you are the most important client they have.

  Hayley is a phenomenal realtor and we would readily choose to hire her again. She made our home-buying adventure so much less stressful than it might have been. She was quick to respond to us and answered all our questions, even asking the questions we didn't know we needed to ask. Her extensive knowledge of the market helped us make a reasonable offer. Her advice was crucial when we were dealing with some tricky back and forth with the sellers. Her vendor list was perfect when we finally had an accepted offer and we assembled a fabulous team based on all her recommendations. I would happily recommend Hayley to any of my friends or family.

  I highly recommend Hayley and her team. They helped us sell our single family home after we had already moved out of state. They organized and oversaw the contractors, repairs, staging, and photos that the house needed to sell fast and for top dollar. Hayley was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgable throughout the process. She listened to our input and provided us with her opinions and thoughts, based on her extensive experience. When it came time to negotiate with buyers, she did an excellent job of handling the difficult conversations and making the best deal possible.   Hayley and Christie sold my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Old Town. First, Hayley and Christie came to the listing interview and they were very well prepared. They had done research of the comps and their presentation materials were next level. Next, they suggested some minor improvements to my place that I believe were essential to making the sale. They chose new cabinet color, paint and new carpet that really modernized and improved the look of my place. Once the place was listed, Hayley and Christie attended every showing and held open houses. But what really stood out was when things became difficult with my condo association, Hayley and Christie had my back the entire time. They worked with the association to help get past the issue and keep the sale in place (in addition to keeping me sane). I give Hayley and Christie 5 full stars and I would highly recommend them.

  I was on the hunt for my first ever condo, and I honestly couldn't have done it without Hayley and her team. As a first time buyer, there were a lot of unknowns for me and Hayley had so much patience and explained everything with such clarity that I felt incredibly comfortable throughout my hunting/purchasing experience. My favorite part was the entire network Hayley has built - from lenders to inspectors and even contractors you might want to use post-purchase. I really was able to trust everyone fully and that made the process so much easier for me. Highly recommend!

  After having an experience with a realtor who was not timely with communication, I found Hayley through online research and reading great reviews. After sending my initial email, she responded within 5 minutes. She was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the whole process, and she ultimately helped me to find the perfect place for me. Hayley is clearly experienced at what she does and it great at networking. I truly appreciated not only her expertise in negotiating , but also her ability to help me understand the ins and outs through it all. Though some of the email communication and information during the closing process was a bit generic and not individualized to my specific situation, Hayley was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout, and to help me navigate the waters as a first-time home buyer. I really enjoyed working with Hayley, and am so grateful to have had her as my realtor. Thank you, Hayley!
