  Been with you guys since I was 16, and you guys never gave me a problem until the last year or so, kicking me out of my account constantly and always having something wrong with your app but then can't have anyone answer the phone to help when there is an issue. Switching banks ASAP

  I have done business at several different local banks over the last 40 years. During that time over hundreds of transactions in automobile sales and real estate deals, I have watched and compared how different banks cared for their customers, both as borrowers and as depositors. I can objectively say that Hawthorn Bank in Saint Robert is the very best. The staff there is competent, knowledgeable, and accomodating. Everyone there is friendly and genuinely caring. Their loans and banking products are competitive and hassle free. I have never felt like a bank was an extension of my own personal staff until I began doing business here. They have my absolute respect and gratitude. Well done!

  LOVE the awesome staff at our branch down here is St. Robert! They are super sweet and friendly, always so willing to help with whatever issue I may have, and go above and beyond with their customer service. It’s nice to have a bank that feels like family, walking in on bill day is like coming home after a long workday. ❤️ THE STAFF HERE ARE INCREDIBLE!

  This bank is by far the most friendly and know how to make you feel right at home. With our family being military, and mostly having to rely on online or phone banking, Hawthorn Bank was definitely the fresh air we were looking for. Since deciding to stay in this area after retirement, we will definitely be customers for life. Everyone at the St Robert location is amazing and always calls me by my first name as soon as I walk in the door.

  Very friendly service. Plenty of banking options. This hometown bank knows you by name yet still offers top notch banking. I would recommend their personal and business banking to anyone. Even those with a few bumps on their credit can find a friend here.

  I love Hawthorn bank. There hasn’t been a time where I walked in or went through the drive thru window that they didn’t remember my name. The staff a super caring and always wanting to help.
