David IGE1It’s with great pleasure to announce, Your company is overrated in customer care. No resolution can be made by your staff request for a manager for a complaint. Your company should claim bankruptcy and close there doors. To help finalize the end for all members. You should be ashamed of your selfs. Your self esteem is so high. I think you should be under investigation regarding your headquarters harassing members by phone and in store. They provide the wrong account information. Mis-inform consumers with concerns to get through there 8 hour shift. In this case, hire only part time works for better service throughout the week. Maybe more employees will help the stress levels in the call center.

Jennifer Bu1It’s a promise… Try call the call center with multiple questions or concerns regarding the account. The representative will start to make huffing noises, and try to claim she’s going to do something to your family. Your company should close there doors. All companies should go there own ways.And find a “NO COST SOLUTION” for better benefits. Every other federal credit Union offers free checks, Quality customer service, & less family members in the tellers seats. Hire some military and Africa members. All Filipino club is pretty high in Kalihi… Right on. I will take my business else where. Just like you said.. Lol!

Johnny Mohammed1THE AGENT ERICA honored the worst customer service in the CARD MEMBER SERVICE department. I called to pay a bill regarding a Credit Card. I EXPLAINED "YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT KEEPS CHANGING THE PASSWORD. YOU HAVE TO PLACE IN A TICKET REGARDING THIS ISSUE." She placed me on hold. After a minute of waiting I told her "I just want to pay my bill" (BEFORE THE ACCIDENTALLY HANG UP). The lady forgot what I called for. I told her I just want to pay my CC bill. The lady thought that she could kindly explain "YOU COULD PAY YOUR BILLS ONLINE." After I just told her to place a ticket regarding the account password keeps changing on its own. The lady almost didn't want to stop arguing with me regarding my bill payment. I closed the CREDIT CARD. DO NOT ENROLL TO A CORRUPT BANK. They think they're family owned in Hawaii. Find a new job during the pandemic. They closed more than half your banks. Why complain and find alternatives when ATMScan be updated with facial ID for all of these commonalities. All they need is a Single ATM Booth to recognize the issues without your assistance. And, they could save us the trouble. And do away with your job. I think they're creating fake calls and trying to have the company pay for extra employees. When they could be offered a third party external assistant to handle these issues

Whait Ken N1Please ask your card members service if they relayed my complaint regarding an employee. I requested to speak with the General manager for more information regarding my concerns. Please ask personally did anyone contact your department requesting to speak with a manager, then escalating it to the President/VP?? They were supposed to contact me regarding this issue I reported within a few months ago (2-3 months ago). I need resolution to find closure. I’m very disappointed in your company. And I would like a personal apology letter regarding this matter. You may have disregarded my complaint. And you should honor my request.

Jonathan Aguilar1I don’t think Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union knows that members here in Hawaii have many family in and out of there company. They have a bad temper when you feel harassed in the company. Please start to find new careers in the company. If not, some where you own. Do not use your job title to enforce malpractice here in Hawaii.

Mafia City1"At Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union,” there are many issues with the Call Center accessing the company’s billing department. They need to stop hiring family members in the bank. One employee has a problem. They all have a problem. Its a cesspool of dummies stereotyping members with in and out of work issues. Many employees start to mumble under their breath regarding what they would attempt to do to the bank account. As a member for over 28 years I have never seen a terrible bank that needed to relocate the headquarters to another island. You may have more privacy work straight from a ATM kiosk

Honolulu Door-to-Door Pick up and Delivery Service4I have had a safety deposit box there for years. I notice they have boxes open. I encourage people to grab a box while they can bc they are hard to o come by. The boxes are accessible all the time. It would be nice if it were easier to have someone be a back up who can access your box in case of emergency..
