  Our review of Hawaii State Federal Credit Union Mililani Branch. We Love this place. The Staff knows us when we walk up to the Counter. This is Full Service Credit Union. I have A Checking and Savings Account here. *Get a Secured line of Credit, use it like a Credit Card but pay only 2.5% interest instead of Regular Credit Card Interest Rate of 26.99%.   First time visit saw sign to sign in. Waited for help in teller line and lady calls my name. I go to her hobbling with disability to her desk. She asks me what I need help with and I tell her a withdrawal and she tells me I have to go back to the line I was standing in to get help. When Bank of Hawaii and other Institutions would process the withdrawal without making the disabled person walk back all the way across the place to get in line 3 persons later and stand in pain in line longer for a withdrawal.

  Each and every time I visit the Mililani location, I’m met with friendly, and knowledgeable Employees, that are attentive and wanting to take care of my needs. It’s always a pleasure to visit this location, knowing that my needs are always met, by Employees who care about me.

  Opened a new checking and savings account with them. They also offer some awesome loans for PV. Nice and friendly staff

  Disappointed with the name change process. Other banks makes it easier for everyone.. I need someone to call me about this!

  I don't recommend this credit union anymore. I am planning to move to another credit union. They have a poor credit card approval process and poor customer service. Not recommended

  Love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the Mililani branch!
