  The staff is great! Tellers are excellent always.They are not incompetent! Heather helped me set up my online. I'm not good at it or that kind of things. Kaneohe Branch rocks!

  The incompetent staff absolutely ruin this place. EVERY time I go to this branch they seem to find a way to screw up such a simple process. When I opened my account it took 2 hours and multiple trips! When I try to transfer intrabank, their intrabank system is down. When I try to deposit funds they all of a sudden need to hold it for a week for some reason. Don't waste your time here. They've overcomplicated a simple process and are now tripping over their own incompetence.
