  Terrible customer service. 0 help from anyone here. Would not recommend if you are trying to get a loan of any kind. I was trying to get a car loan and they made me go thru hoops to try to achieve.

  TERRIBLE bank practices. Allows to overdraft you as many times as they want with only allowing (1) reversal. Ruthless and holds your money for longer periods than legal. Once I get the hold off my check which is btw TWO WEEKS, no history of bounced checks what’s so ever, $300 worth of insufficent funds from bill payments that weren’t blocked even if you block your debit card access. They don’t care about your problems or reason why you’re waiting for your own money to come in, they’re just money hungry. Will be switching to BOH after 10 YEARS of loyal customers.

  Horrible Mortgage experience we been waiting for more than 2 months to get our refI going and every time there is an excuse that they are too busy to even work on the file. is there only one MLO? why you advertised that this is the time to refinance? Bad bad service - we taking our business elsewhere.

  Right now, this place I think is the best place to get a PV loan. We also got our Re-Roof loan with them as well. If you use their partner contractors, you can qualify to get the 24 month 0% APR with no monthly payments and no penalty to pay off early. After that I think the APR is currently 6.99%. I think it's a pretty sweet deal. You can save the money say, from the money saved from your reduced electric bill and put that towards your loan (or better yet, a high interest bearing savings account). Then once you get the money back from the tax breaks, pay that towards the loan (or save it). And then finally, before the 24 months is up (if applicable pay what you were saving to the loan and) take the remaining balance to a lower APR loan. I haven't utilized any of their other service there, but for those loans, they can't be beat! The customer service is great. Word of advice: if you need to get things done (roof, PV) don't be afraid to get on your Loan Officer. Mine was really busy so I had to keep calling her and emailing her to make sure that my stuff was getting pushed through and completed ASAP so we could get things done when the PV company had an availability.

  I love my credit union! Tee Nahinu & Myrna Mendosa painlessly walked me through a home refi 4 years ago. A couple weeks ago my car finally died and I needed a new one. Again, went in to see Tee Nahinu and had a new car the same day. Staff are friendly, professional, and work for the best (personal) options for their members.

  Terrible customer service. Tellers are unfriendly and don't communicate well. Bank has bad policies. Go somewhere else
