  We moved our family from Montana to Western New York. The stress from moving was high as is, but then we decided to move towards buying a house (being this market was only getting crazier by the day). Haus Capital and Scott Bley were wonderful to work with. He reduced a lot of the uncertainty of the buying process and added comfort with his guidance and his professionalism. Out of the whole process of buying a house, Scott was easily the most reliable individual we worked with. He moved loan information through the cogs of homebuying, he was always patient and courteous, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He continually went up to bat for us. Without Scott, we would not have been able to find our beautiful home we have now. Thank you Haus Capital and especially Scott Bley!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been trying to close on a house for 5 months now. Luckily it is my mothers house so we were able to move in before our closing date, but if it wasn’t through my mother we would be homeless with a 3 month old. Scott is extremely unprofessional, doesn’t return calls, loses emails, they ask for the same documents over and over again. They have delayed the closing 4 times now when we started this process in June. Now that I am out on maternity leave they say we can’t close until I go back to work full time. If only it was that easy to find a full time daycare that doesn’t cost my entire paycheck or a family member who’s also not working full time. I have multiple emails where they have asked for the same documents 2-3 more times after receiving it months prior. My maternity leave wouldn’t have been an issue if we could’ve closed on the first date in July. This is a numbers game and if you don’t fit their perfect mold, forget it. And to add more on top of it, they deleted my review from this morning. This company is so unprofessional, unorganized and just flat out rude. Avoid working with them at all costs, I sure wish we would’ve.

  One of the worst company to deal with. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ve sent email in the month of August and that person havent replied yet. If president of this company is reading these reviews they must reach out to customers and understand challenges they are going thru' These people never reveal extra cost you have to pay. They must discuss all the costs with customers in advance. They are prompt with sending some good for nothing greetings however they dont have time to call customers and explain technicalities. AGAIN, WORST WORST WORST service.

  I worked with Tarek at Haus Capital for my refinance. He was professional, friendly, and hard-working. Any time I needed him (which was frequently!), he made himself available, and never rushed me through any of my questions. I am so grateful, and would absolutely recommend this company!

  Worst ever company to work with. Please do not fall in their trap. No one picks up calls. Associates have very limited knowledge. I wish google allow 0 stars. In the first call they will tell you that you can call them 24 hrs but if you call them on working dat they dont pick up. No one calls back. No reply to important emails. Very very very unprofessional. Soon I am going to write my experience to their president.
