  We took a all inclusive trip and let me start off by saying….. The most horrible first international trip ever. We were scammed,hoodwinked, and bamboozled! This lady falsely advertised everything from the beginning then changed it mid way through the payments! We were supposed to be staying in Cancun and ended up in another whole city! We paid for oceanfront rooms and did not receive that at all. We were basically downgraded and was out of money! These rooms we were in was not up to par with what we paid for! This lady is a nasty, nonchalant, inconsiderate, unorganized and just down right unprofessional. This was the most scariest experience she put us in a red zone in Mexico which is sooooo dangerous! Nothing was right just nothing I’ll suggest you keep your money. BTW who tells someone to post a bad review because she is a big girl hahaha soooooo terrible! KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! She will make you want to lay hands on her seriously!

  This was my third trip that I I booked through Harrison’s Travels! Harrison’s Travels did an amazing job planning our group trip to Jamaica! Shawnta was very professional and available if we had any questions or concerns. I look forward to booking my next trip with Harrison’s Travels!

  Harrison's Travel responds quickly when questions are asked. I love the time and one on one attention given to the her clients when needed.   Shawnta planned the most amazing Spring Break trip to Cancun for my son and I. We had an incredible time and were able to capture so many amazing pictures. Riding ATVs in the jungle and the dolphin experience were the highlight of this trip for my son. Shawnta booked us at the perfect resort and location, and they were very strict with their covid 19 guidelines, which made me feel very comfortable. She also booked private transfers to and from the resort, to the excursions, as well as scheduled our covid test for our return home. It was a trip of a lifetime for my son!!! I highly recommend booking with Harrison’s Travel!

She was amazing and very helpful with everything. I’m About To Go On My Second Trip Next Year Again To Cancun With A group Of Friends. So if your looking to save money contact her.   I am a believer in supporting business especially black owned business but my experience with this traveling agency was horrible. I had place a deposit for a trip to Cancun but was having such a hard time to get the owner to correct something so simple as an invoice amount to process a payment for this trip. I attempted on several occasions to contact her via email, and phone to get her to process the invoice amount correctly although she stated to me she tried everything to fix the problem it was never corrected. Her response time getting back to me about the incorrect invoice amount was long and inconsistent as I had to reach out to her just to respond back to me. I truly had it up to my ears with this owner and decided not to go on a trip with this traveling agency. I rather place my money in buying my home and not support this business. I would say to anyone whom is trying to use this company proceed with caution and research other traveling agencies before using this company. I have all of my emails saved on how this process was overwhelming and exhausting to get something corrected such as a invoice amount. I have now lost my money because she said it nonrefundable as well as not going on this trip. A lesson learned just because things look good, they may not always be good for you.

  If you are looking for a travel agent who is professional and concerned about her clients, book Harrison’s Travels. She listens to every concern and tries her best to accommodate everyone. She’s been planning trips for me for the last few years and I highly recommend her!

  Really enjoyed the trip Shawnta planned for our group. She was very quick with responses to the manu questions we had and walked us through what we needed to do.

  We went on a cruise to the Bahamas and had a wonderful time. It was a well planned out trip. I would do it all over again if I had the opportunity again
