  Waited 10 minutes to be helped, guy finally asked "How can I help you?" I'm having an issue with my online banking, "Oh have a seat and we'll be right with you". 20 minutes later and after them helping 3 customers who came in after me, I left. So disappointed in this branch. Will not be coming back.

  A wonderful experience. I was pleased with how the banker took the time to let my grandmother ask questions about the account we were setting up for her. All of the answers were clear. The bank is much larger inside then I expected. Very clean. In all my interactions with the bank I have been happy with the staff. They always have a cheerful attitude and keep the atmosphere feeling upbeat.
