  If you're a beginning investor attempting to make a profit from real estate, avoid this company at all costs. I made the mistake in deciding which property to purchase and which contractor to use and I take responsibility for those choices. However, Hanson took every opportunity to nickel and dime their way to success. After paying around $40,000 in interest alone for holding a property, they included ridiculous junk fees at closing and charged interest fees because a wire transfer from the title company didn't meet their cut off time, which took an extra $700 from an already minimal profit. I would recommend any other option besides them.
