  So after having a horrible time at Santander bank I brought my business elsewhere to here and it was worth it I walked in and Julie took great care of my by opening my checking and savings account and helped me gain access to all my needs through Mobil banking I am very pleased and can not wait to have future banking with them !

  Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a bank/credit union. It was a quick, easy and stress free process. Jyoti Patel was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to work with us to help us get approved as well as reaching out to tell me she discovered an old discrepancy on my credit report (that I couldn’t see) that was causing issues for me. I am so thankful for her! highly recommend!!

  There is an employee whose name is Jyoti P. She is very unfriendly and very rude. She does not have any friendly customer service and neither customer service sensitivity. When I had to make a second transaction, she became annoyed. She never asked me, if there is anything else that she can help me with. She has no patience at all with customers. She is never helpful. She has a very terrible and very unfriendly personality. She is very ignorant and very uneducated. She truly needs to be terminated. I won't go to that credit union, anymore.

  I would like to thank Jessica after a recent visit to the Billerica CU. She ordered some half dollars for me for my Grandson. She gave me a courtesy called when they arrived. Thank you so Much! You made me and my Grandson very happy!

  Jessica or Jennifer, who ever is new to this location is horrible. She laughed after I told her what my occupation was. I took it personally. I don’t think she is very professional. No one should ever feel ashamed when they go to their bank. Shame on her and shame on Hanscom for allowing this type of behavior.

  I don’t typically leave reviews but had such a great experience felt I needed to share. Assistant branch manager Elizabeth Kistoglou went above and beyond in handing my loan and the branch as a whole always make it quick and easy.Thank you.

  Everytime I call, I'm on hold for over 20 minutes. I can't seem to talk to anyone. Online business is fine.
