  1. On the one hand, they gave Us the loan, so We are grateful. 1a. And they are very nice people: Mr. Seals, Mrs. Thackerson, and Mrs. Prather. All very kind, friendly, likeable people. 2. But on the other hand, errors were committed by Hancock Whitney at every stage of the loan, to include: 2a. The application (I was told that their software automatically cancels a loan application at the 45 day mark, so We were asked to apply and have Our credit pulled twice); 2b. The servicing (a mis-applied payment that took two months and the involvement of Mrs. Thackerson to fix); 2c. Conclusion of the loan (after more than 90 days from paying the loan in full, and two email requests, and the involvement of Mrs. Prather, the Satisfaction of Mortgage was finally recorded in the Official Records). 3. In sum: nice people over there, but Hancock Whitney is a hot mess, and so Our future business goes to a less dysfunctional bank because of that.

  I love Hancock Whitney. They know my voice when I call in to the bank, personal customer service. They know me f RT on the drive thru, lobby tellers, those who help start up accounts. Thanks to Gina, Kimberly, Linda, others I talk to almost daily.

  Do not bank here. Everything takes 3-5 business days. Things other banks do in seconds. I thought I was getting a good deal with my auto loan percentage but I've got a headache from how long everything takes.

  Great staff at this bank, and especially this location. I always use the teller in the lobby, and there is never a long wait. Very professional staff.

  Demanding a mask when I can't wear one due to a medical condition witch is a violation of Florida statute 760.08 of the Florida law

  Trash, applied payments incorrectly, impossible to get in touch with, acts like customer is always at fault. Would not recommend.
