      Hancock Whitney is a great bank and they have outstanding employees. They are always willing to meet your needs. I feel like family with them. I joined them in June 1993 when my husband and I were married because that is where he was banking. I can call them and get things done over the phone without going in person. Yes management may have changed over the years but their spirit of helping there customers has not. My daughter is an adult and she now banks with them too. They deserve 5 stars and they are my favorite bank.

      Most places in Lake Charles won't take Large Bill's they tell you to go to your nearest Bank and make change. I drove up to the teller and ask. MAY I HAVE CHANGE FOR $100 her response Amazed me, she asked me , Did I have an account with them. " thinking to myself, Why " I said no I don't. She said if you don't have an account with us we don't give change. WHERE DO THEY DO THAT ? That's O.K. I went to Jeff Davis Bank got change and opened an account. Thank you Mrs.Teller
