They take your individual needs into account and use their years of experience and expertise to provide you with the best insurance products for your family’s needs.... God forbid you ever need your insurance, which I did, I was very happy I was in their capable hands. Everything from filing the claim to organizing a rental car was taken care of seamlessly.   Michael Amoia set us up with an insurance policy that we ended up needing to use after a car accident. I didn’t give much thought to the details when he set up the policy, but we continue to be grateful for his caution and expertise in retrospect. At one of the most vulnerable moments in our lives, we were able to focus on each other and healing thanks to Michael’s forsight. He’s continues to be extremely accessible, and even responded from a restaurant dinner recently when we needed insurance for a new car.

  I have been with Hamptons Risk Management for a year now and I must say, I have received superior customer service. Michael Amoiya is a professional agent, as well as very knowledgeable. He was able to obtain a money saving policy for me when I needed it most. His office staff Kenny and Amanda are very professional, friendly and not to mention they have given me excellent customer service.   When I called Michael for a quote for my new home, he was very responsive. Things were moving quickly, and he made sure all my questions were answered and all the paperwork was filed in a timely fashion. It also helped that he worked with my mortgage broker directly to give him all the documents he needed to close on our house.

  We have been dealing with Hampton Risk Mgt (Nicole Lee) for number of years now and they have been wonderful to deal with . We originally use them to insure our Hamptons home , since they now handled all of our properties in Garrison NY , Condo’s in NYC and Palm Springs Ca. They also now handle all of our auto and personal liabilities policies. They are professional and over the year they feel like friends always there to respond to any inquiries or concerns we may have . We have priced policies before now there is no need , as they always get the best price with the most reliable carriers. I would highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs .

  Years ago, when I started to have more insurance needs for my business, a friend recommended that I call Mike Amoia. I never expected much from an insurance agent (since I had dealt with several before contacting Mike Amoia), but to be honest, it changed my life. Mike is eminently professional, knows all the ins and outs of the insurance business, and has been an immense help in regards to both my personal and business insurance needs. There was even a time when no one else would insure a building that I owned (or they wanted exorbitant amounts of money) and then Mike stepped in and helped me when no one else could. He always returns phone calls and emails, he is always there to help, and he always finds a solution to whatever issues may come up. I can't say enough good things about his abilities, knowledge, and professionalism. He is absolutely the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. Mike Amoia deserves the highest recommendation that can be given - if there were an option to give more stars, I would.
