  Let me say that I generally never leave a review but I had to for this business. The dealership and staff are Amazing!👏🏽 I went to the dealership looking for a car for my daughter. First, it was the customer service for me. I am big on customer service. If your customer service is not good you will not get my business/money. Every person at the dealership was Friendly. They made sure you were being taken care of. They do not like customers unattended to. The owner interacts with the customers. He makes it his business to say Hello to each customer that comes in. They have a lot of vehicles for you to choose from. Make sure you check out the website but also take a visit to the dealership. They are not about making a dollar. They listen to you and show you they type of vehicle that meets your needs. They are patient and do not pressure you about purchasing a vehicle. They make sure you get the Best Financing available. The warranties that the dealership provides are great. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your vehicle purchase. I took my daughter’s car to the Acura dealership for a used car purchase inspection (worth the money). The car had no issues what so ever. The engine, transmission, tires, breaks etc. were good. And there were no leaks detected. They said, I got a great car. I was extremely Happy! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, go to Hampstead PreOwned you will not be disappointed.   It was a great experience working with Hampstead. Wyatt is very helpful and cooperative and is the man to go to! If I could give 10 STARS out of of 5, I'd give him all 10! Sarah also worked with us very nicely and accommodated us! We really loved this dealership and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Wyatt, Sarah, and Hampstead!!!! :)

  We had an outstanding experience at the dealership! We have driven by thousands of times and always heard good things from people we know that have bought from here. We live in town and found ourselves in the market for a car for our daughter and we decided to give them a try. We were blown away by the selection and prices after shopping around at other dealerships as well and it gave us an opportunity to try out every vehicle we were looking at online and we landed on one we actually didn't originally have our eye on after browsing the lot. We bought a beautiful 2018 Ford Escape with ridiculously low mileage and in like new condition. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and there was no pressure to buy, just to ensure we had a great experience trying to find what was right for us which we did. Many thanks to everyone especially Fish and Wyatt who carried us through the process and got us on the road. Highly recommend to anyone that is in the market for a used car!

  My experience with Hampstead was AMAZING! Everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY the service was EVERYTHING AMAZING 🥰🥰🥰 And I did not spend the entire day at the car lot. Thank you Hampstead, I LOVE my car!!!!

  This is probably the best place I have ever bought a vehicle. They work together as a team to keep the process moving. I went on a Saturday, which was busy, even with an appointment. The guy I was to meet with was working with someone else at the time. Instead of me waiting until they were finished, someone else started me off with a test drive for the vehicle I went to look about. When we returned, he started with some paper work, and then I was working with the guy I was to originally meet with through the rest of the process. Also worked with the financial guy, and I must say they were all great. It was a smooth transition from one task to the next, at least for me. Most places you can be there for 3 or more hours, not here. I think I was done everything and out in 3 hours, and with a vehicle that I was looking for. Highly recommend them if you are ready to find another vehicle. You will know who you are going to meet with before you ever get in the door, if you have an appointment. They send you an email, give you a call, just so you know who you are dealing with. They even work with you if you do not have some of the best credit too. Great group all the way around.

  Huge thank you to Ginger and the team! I was promised a hassle free experience and boy did they deliver! I honestly did not believe my credit was good enough for the vehicle I wanted however I walked away with exactly that with a even slightly lower interest rate! I will definitely recommend and will be returning for my next vehicle!

  I was able to buy my FIRST CAR from Hampstead Pre-Owned dealership. From the time that I booked the appointment to see one of their cars the staff was very helpful each step of the way. When I arrived I received great service making this process smooth and understandable for a first time car buyer. This was a great experience and highly recommended.
