Only reason why I gave a 2 star is because there online banking app and website is god awful never works and won’t even let me or my wife enroll to even check our account. GREAT BANK HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE

We've used Hamlin for our business banking for a while. Never had any issues. The staff is always nice and, in my case, most remember who I am when I walk in the door. Can't say enough good things about them.

I am trying to get a auto loan i have filled out the app and submitted it. The loan writer only worked noon to 6 pm yesterday. I called several time with no answer or return call. Today i cant get a answer or return call and now he is out of the offive for the rest of the day and i havw no answer weather or not i am approved to buy a vehicle. If i could leave a zero for a review i would absolutely the worst customer service ever
