      Vintage on Yale are some amazing apartments on the outside. The apartments are centrally located to fit my needs, but the interior is very dated. The interior they had showed me in the model is nothing like the actual model. The apartment that I am renting has and had a lot of issues prior to me moving in and are still existing. Counter tops with laminate missing, bathroom washing sink bowl looks as if someone eat away at it in a spot. The bathroom floor laminate has a huge dark spot between the toilet and the bath tub. My dishwasher keeps on leaking causing all sorts of issues and headaches. Living room walls not painted correctly and the ceiling that had obvious damage before was not patched right, but it doesn’t leak, so I am grateful. The caulking in the bathroom…well, we are not going to talk about that. Overall, if you can overlook the interior, these apartment are ok. The tenants around me are great. The management do their best and the maintenance team do their best as well.

      We moved to Traditions at Westmoore in July 2021. We are newly empty nesters trying to decide what we want to do next? We are very comfortable in our apartment. It has everything we need! The office and maintenance team are friendly and helpful. They maintain a great property. They have responded quickly to any work order we have sent to them. Highly recommend this apartment community.

      I’ve lived here for about 2 months, it has been wonderful!!! It’s peaceful and the neighbors are all very friendly! The landscape is beautiful! My apartment is awesome and feels like a cozy home! The office personnel are very friendly and maintenance is great!!! This is definitely a 5 star place to live!!! Keep up the great job woodland manor!!!

      While there have been improvements to the property over the last property owner, but we continue to have trash backup in the front of the property. Apartment maintenance requests are not responded to quickly and their is little to no communication to follow up. I have been making a request for repair for the same things for over 3 years (thermostat, garbage disposal and A/C unit and now water leaks in the ceiling). I still have 2 of those issues today. The current staff, in my opinion, is not as friendly as former workers. I have plans to move next year.

      I am happy here. The office staff is outstanding and always very helpful. The complex is quiet and in a very safe area. I have lived here over four years and hope to stay longer. There are several amenities. Dog park, Pool, Tennis Court. Children's Playground, Fitness Center and onsite laundry facilities. There is also Valet Trash Services.

      As we roll into another month… I still have 5 holes in my ceiling from a leak 2 months ago. Oh don’t worry, it’s covered with garbage bags? Had to even fight for that. This company does not care about its tenants. We have no property management and the maintenance has to get by with what they can. Since it’s not so hard for me to pay my rent… I’m trying to figure out why it’s so hard to fix stuff around here. Give these ppl the resources they need to make things happen. Idk why these are even called luxury apartments, it’s a joke!

      I just signed my third lease and I am regretting having done so. When we moved in every apartment that was vacated had the carpeting and kitchen flooring replaced. Not ours. When areas started to fray and pull apart we requested new carpeting. No way !! They had a repair guy come out and put “patches” in. But don’t walk on any as the glue is like spikes and of course they don’t match. They used to replace lightbulbs but no more which means we have to buy five new bulbs for them to match. Also can’t get them to clean the fans. We are in our 70’s and not about to climb on ladders. Having paid our rent on time for two years. (Most of the time it was several days early.) Because of the holiday our rent was one day late and they charged us a $91 late fee. I won’t even get into the handicap parking issue. Things started going downhill after they took the “luxury “ out of the sign. We are on a fixed income. My husband had two strokes last fall and requires a lot of medical equipment. The $91 was most of our grocery money for that week. If this continues and doesn’t improve we will be looking elsewhere for our next lease. And it won’t be owned by HPI.

      It was a great place to live, that’s why I’ve lived here for 8 yrs! This has been my Home, not just an apt. . I love my apartment, it’s where my Children, Grandchildren, & now my Great Grandbaby have come to see me for 8 years!! I hope that doesn’t have to change. I'm disappointed in some recent changes that were made. They were a big part of what made this community what it was!! Time will tell, how Hamilton Point will manage & maintain The Glen at Polo Park in Bentonville, AR. I’m hoping for a brighter future!!

      Horrible! 60 days after I started they put the property up for sale. Poor communication and they did not pay me my final commission.

      I haven’t personally experienced anything bad relating to my unit. Staff has been nice to me every time I’ve had to visit the office. Pool is usually clean and free of leaves even though there are trees close to the pool. I haven’t used the pool this season yet however I see it when I check my mail.
