  Deborah is amazing, we had been working on a deal for three weeks and the day before we were scheduled to close escrow our lender pulled out of the deal, Deborah came to our rescue like a Guardian Angel and expressed genuine and sincere interest in helping us and spoke with conviction when she told us, "I am not going to let you lose the money you've invested." She hand walked me through the whole process. Needless to say Deborah and GW Private Capital came through for us and closed our loan in 2 business days. Throughout the process not only did she help us efficiently and in a timely manner but her communication was/is stellar! Her knowledge on point and her much needed advice made ALL the difference.   I had a deal that we could not get funded and sent it to Jay. I gave Jay all of my client's information and he closed out the loan for him. He then calls me and tells me that the deal closed and he deposited my commission into my account. In today's society of predatory lending, it is a refresher to know individuals within my industry who are still stand up people. Jay is the man and GW Private Capital will get your loan funded if they say that they like the deal.
