  While this location is "semi" convenient to folks that live on the NW side of town. Not having an ATM is very inconvenient. Which is frustrating having to then drive all the way over to the Mahan branch just to be able to deposit cash! 😒 The North Monroe branch was so much better. At least you had drive thru AND Atm. Not sure what the point of having a branch downtown and be inside only.

  Very Professional and definitely had me as a Customer best interest in mind. I was very pleased with Paige Mercer. She was very patient and willing to help. She took the time to explain the services offered which made me feel really Comfortable in my decision. Thanks

  Absolute waste of a bank branch. You removed a good location on N Monroe for a branch that doesn't have a drive through and because of the pandemic you can't even use the lobby. Needed a simple way to deposit a check. Now I'm driving across town to another branch.
