My father recently passed away and had accounts with this establishment. The way Kim Leger spoke to me was horrid. She refused to transfer me to the branch manager and essentially hung up in my face. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service and hope no one does business with this bank if this is how they treat people!

Teller wouldn't cash my school check even though they cashed it before. She told me to go to the bank that was on the check which was Regions. Thankfully Regions allowed me to open up an account with them so no need for Gulf Coast Federal Union. Thanks for not serving me!
