  I Definitely See Why They Have The Rating They Have It Really Should Be Less Than That I Think The Older White Man Is Racist in that location big belly ball head white basically said because I'm black I can't afford nice name brand hi-end things I didn't say anything & I was thinking about going to ask him what did he mean by what I was selling is a fake before knowing the facts when the truth if it is in fact real I can buy your whole business for what I can really get for it so FU Red Neck CRACKER MF I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even a enemy!!!!

  Worked here for 5 months..I'm 44 years old and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had..the manager is unprofessional and micromanaged every second of my day...for some unknown reason she's still there..I've moved on to bigger and better things..but if I were you I'd stay away from this hell hole for both shopping and work. (Side note: I put a gun on layaway and still haven't received a letter stating I have 60.00 credit there...I'm sure manager stole it)

  I worked here for a while and they have the absolute worst manager possible. Me and the assistant manager filed a formal complaint with corporate about her using the n word and other unethical, unprofessional business practices she had and nothing was done. Says a lot about the company. The loan officer is great...unfortunately she works under a lazy, piss poor manager. Avoid this place at all cost.

  Best staff ever they always treat me like family when I go in just to browse around whether I’m looking for tools firearms are electronics they are so helpful

  My mother bought a necklace from now and when she wore it for the first time it broke then she took it back and they said they would fix it for free but when she got back a broken in the same spot then they tried to sell her a cheaper necklace for even more money and up and also said that she had to pay 15 to get the other one fixed they are not a good place to shop is a waste of your money

  Customer service is horrible with the exception of 1 or 2 employees and a couple of their employees need to be drug tested I wouldn't recommended my neighbors dog to patronize this place

  Used my computer while in pawn changed passwords lost or stole the briefcase I had computer in this is the store on cottage hill
