  Gabrielle (Gabby) with Gulf Coast Bank was a godsend to my family. She is an amazing lender. She guided us through the home buying process & I was very hesitant and nervous to begin. She was able to outline the steps, answer my questions, re-answer, explain to where I could understand and reassure me along the way. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. She eased my apprehension and I felt secure in that she knew what she was doing. She’s solution focused and what I loved the most she did not give up on us. With her confidence, I felt confident that all was well. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

  Joani and the team at Gulf Coast were amazing! She made the new construction loan process seamless. This was by far the best mortgage lender we have worked with. I will definitely recommend Gulf Coast to all my family and friends, and we look forward to working with the team again in the future!

  My overall experience with Gulf Coast Bank was great, and Gabrielle was a breath of fresh air! She was truly a pleasure to work with. She took the time to explain things and made sure that my questions were answered. She is not only great at her profession, but she truly cares for people. That is the reason why I was so comfortable having her as my loan officer (from start to finish). I would give her 100 thumbs up if I could. She was truly amazing. I WILL be sending family and friends her way!

  I have banked with Gulf Coast before and the service is second to none. However, the technology just isn’t there yet. Bank feeds with quickbooks are clunky and a line of credit cannot be used for automatic overdraft protection which is vital in my industry. I would have to monitor predict transactions and move money over manually, which simply isn’t feasible. Unfortunately for now, I’m stuck with Chase. If not for my unique needs, I would switch in a second.

  Gabrielle smith was the best. There was a relationship that was built here. I just want to say gabby you was God sent to me and the conversation we had was nothing but encouraging. God has big plan for you just keep doing what you doing and watch God work.

  This bank is the ABSOLUTE worst nobody knows anything. Any question I ask I’m almost always told I’m not sure by whomever answers the phone. My wallet was stolen New Years ever 1/31/2021 and I’m still waiting for the dispute in my account to be looked into. If you could help it please stir clear of these folks. Capital one or Chase will do for me. This place sucks.
