  I cant believe there is no way to call the bank. The phone number goes directly to a phone tree and after 30 min i cannot speak to anybody either at the branch or any Chase employee. Completely unacceptable!

  This branch is horribly understaffed. Waited an hour to open a business account then left.

  Put my check on hold for ten days! After ten days. They still won't let me access my funds. Ridiculous.

  Ms. Ariana Harrison was AMAZING!!!! I had an appointment with her at 9:30am today!!! Her services provided were a perfect 10!!! She was polite, patient, and very professional. I recommend anyone of any age to Ms. Harrison. She exceeded my teenage daughter’s first banking experience and expectation!!!

  The lady on the phone was rude asked her if there was problems with ATM machine she said call back in 10 min so I waited 25 min when I called back I explained to her that I didn't get my money . I had a receipt explaining that it was unable to dispense the money she said it wasn't her problem . I explained to her that I checked my appt. And it said that the machine. Showed it withdraw she was very rude . Now it's going to take 45 day to get this straighten out . The machine messed up not me . Who is going to pay my mortgage . I can't because of this plus I haft to pay late fees . I shouldn't even rate this .I will tell every o e don't use chase bank they are rude and not helpful on getting any matter like this settled.

  Great! I found them very accomodating for military service members who travel and have significant difficulties when banking in different locations. I would recommend them anytime for civilian and military needs.
