  Ms. Ivette Delgado is a dream to work with. When you are a first time homebuyer and under these pandemic conditions, you are super super nervous about purchasing a home. Ms. Ivette took all the pain and scariness away. She was always pleasant, truthful, understanding, and patient. My family and I LOVE our new home and we can't Thank Ms. Ivette enough!

  The only other branch in the city is way downtown & parking is difficult leaving this branch as the only other viable option but, it’s terrible. I’ve planned banking around trips when I’ll be out of town & can use another branch so, I can avoid this one. The ATM is often out of service & the lady who works the drive thru is awful. I thought it was just me but last time I was there the man next to me rolled down his window & asked, “was she mean to you too?” “Everytime”, I said.

  Had to write a review on this place because of the great service. I don't bank with them but someone wrote me a check from there and my bank does not have a branch in New Orleans so I had to go inside to cash the check. We arrived just 1 minute before closing and they were able to help me out. The Branch Manager Amanda checked in on me to make sure everything was going OK with my transaction. Over they were very friendly and I had a great experience.

  My "relationship banker" is always MIA. Never available, and seldom returns calls. I'm in the process of moving all business and personal accounts to another bank. I wanted to bank local, but........

  Can u say massively understaffed? Been here 3 times in the past year and had to leave all three times without getting anything done because " we don't have anybody here now who can help you". Not what I would call a place to get business done.
