  I got set up with Noelle by chance and it was the luckiest thing that has happened to us! She truly goes above and beyond for us every time we have needed her. Buying and house and refinancing would not have gone nearly as smoothly without her. Honestly can not thank or recommend Noelle enough! We love her!!

  If I could give zero stars I stars, I would. Cancelled out my account after I said I was going to get a second opinion from another lender. They said they’re reasoning after I asked was because I didn’t qualify and I said the paperwork I had said otherwise, also considering we put in an offer an a house which my loan officer knew (we didn’t get the house) thank god, because I no longer want to work with this company and especially these people that poorly represent this business and themselves. We had no problems until I was honest and said I was meeting with another lender. @noelle Leblanc and wynn at reception, I’m appalled by the the disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Passing my paperwork through the door (even though you had no problems with me and my husband coming in when we were clients? “Too busy” to answer my questions, yeah right. Petty, disgusting behavior. It ending up working out. I don’t want to work with people who treat you like trash.

  Hi Cecilia, WOW. This still very much upsets you since you left the EXACT same review back on November 9th, 2020, when this all actually happened, but glad you keep googling me :). We meet in October of 2020, right in the middle of COVID, when yes, we were all very busy. You and your partner were not honest several different times while we worked through your pre-approval. After discussing with my boss the different scenarios I felt uncomfortable with, we decided this looked fraudulent or not legit and we at Guild do not deal with that at all. There are several other lenders in town that will, and I am glad something worked out for you. As you can see from me reviews, it has worked out for me as well.

  Noelle was great to work with. She was polite, professional, and always got back to me when I called her. She was creative when setting up our loan and brought ideas to us that we had never considered. I would highly recommend Noelle to anyone looking for a home loan.

  Noelle was wonderful to work with from start to finish! She made everything super straightforward and always responded sooner than expected. She always kept us informed of where we were in the process and what to expect next and would consistently check in, especially if there was a lull.   I had an amazing experience working with Noelle! She was so helpful and completed everything in such a timely manner! Buying a home was an easy stress free experience. We will use Noelle for all of our loans and refinancing here on out.

  I emailed requesting loan information. Noelle called me back and was incredibly rude. She called me in the middle of my work day when I requested an afternoon call back time. I told her I wasn't understanding any of the information she was telling me over the phone and requested that she email me some information to read when I was not busy at work. She tried to insist that I fill out a loan application before sending me any program information and then hung up on me when I told her I just wanted information to read before I apply for a mortgage loan. Hands down the rudest woman.
