  I was unfamiliar with the whole process to get my first ever house and had a lot of questions. Minde and her team were very quick to respond to my (never ending!) questions, extremely efficient, and on top of my deadlines. I was very impressed with Minde's knowledge and expertise. Everything was handled smoothly and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. It also meant a lot to me that she was so personable. If you are looking for someone who is solid in the industry, she is the one!

  Minde Harper is an absolute pro! I recently closed on a new construction home and Minde and her team were my lending agents. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, care, and attention to detail that Minde showed me during my loan process. Minde showed a level of integrity that really impressed me and I wouldn't feel comfortable going to any other lending agent in town. Minde's assistant Jac is also a joy to deal with. He helped usher me through my closing with the skill and dedication I would only expect of people who had been in the business for decades. I know Minde and Jac were surely busy helping many other clients, but they always made me feel like I was their most important client. This level of service is sadly not the norm. I wholeheartedly recommend Minde to anyone looking for an agent who knows the ins and outs of the mortgage business and who will be sure to get you in the right loan for your specific situation.

  Minde falsified information, gave me a false approval. Her underwriters wrote whatever amount they want to on your wages instead of actual factual information. Re run credit multiple times. Frauds
