  Mark and Chris were a wonderful mortgage team to work with. Mark was always available for questions about any part of the loan process (what can I afford, credit letters, early payoffs, etc.) and Chris was my guiding light to get all my paperwork signed and uploaded to make my closing as easy as possible. I trust their knowledge of the market and to have given me the best possible interest rate based on my loan specifications which was explained to me in detail which I appreciated. I am confident and pleased to recommend any family and friends in the market to use the Guild Mortgage team.   First time home buyer here! I just closed on my first home and I have to leave a review that reflects how amazing Mark and team were from Guild Mortgage. Initially I was referred by a co worker/friend to work with Mark for all of my mortgage lending needs. I am so happy I made the decision to choose Mark as my lender during the home buying process. Mark made this process as seamless as possible. He responded to all of my inquiries timely, went above and beyond to provide me loan estimate breakdowns on all of the homes I was interested in putting an offer on, and I truly felt like him and his team were only working for me. (At one point during this process, his assistant, Christine, called me to ask if I wanted to go over my loan breakdown line item by line item to make sure I completely understood all of the charges. This is top notch customer service). They were on top of everything; so I could focus on other responsibilities that come with purchasing a home. If you are looking for a lender who is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about his client relations, and goes above and beyond to make your life easier during the home buying process, you have to reach out to Mark at Guild Mortgage.

  My husband and I were referred to Mark by friends of ours and are so glad we went with him to purchase our first home! We shopped around to get a few different quotes before choosing a lender and Mark was able to offer us the lowest rate and lowest closing costs. He and his associates were always friendly and responsive whenever we needed to ask them a question, and always clear, succinct, and prompt in all their communications.
