  Kevin has performed many property financing for my wife and I. The financing has been for personal homes and rentals as well. Kevin has been able to find us the best deals possible at the times we needed to refinance. His team has great communication skills and are very supportive of our needs. One of the advantages working with Kevin is that he understands our goals. Recently, we refinanced 3 rentals and our personal residence at the same time. We were able to switch to 15 year loans at a lower interest rate and we were able to compare 15, 20, and 30 year loans to see which fit our needs best.   This is my second doing loan with Kevin Day and I have to share my good faith with Kevin and his team (Ryam Cross and Daniel Song) that Home or Refi Loans Dep. hires nothing less than the best!   After contacting a multitude of companies investigating a refinance, I decided to work with Kevin Day and Guild mortgage due to Kevin's excellent communication. He cheerfully guided me through my options and answered my questions, sometimes multiple times. He and his team called, emailed, and critically left detailed messages when necessary but never overwhelmed me with unnecessary requests and went out of their way to work with my timeline and keep me informed through the process.   Kevin was really helpful with my loan application and home buying process. He made sure he explained to me what was happening along the process and during the transaction. He also made sure Ryan was available to assist when he was away. Communication is key during home buying process and Kevin kept communication flowing and always reached out again and again even when i was busy.
