  We used Guild Mortgage as our local lender and it was a very smooth process! We liked being able to upload needed items to the portal, but still having easy phone/email access to the team for any additional questions. Katie's team was professional, organized, responsive and timely, helping us to close on time and move into our house in time to enjoy the summer. Everyone on the team was wonderful to work with, but a special shout out to Tim because he took all my calls and emails and was super awesome!!!

  We have now used Katie and her team twice. For our very first home purchase and just recently for our refinance. I have to say the professionalism and caring of this team is outstanding. Even though we could probably have saved a very small amount going with another company, we chose to stay with Guild because of the service and caring staff at the office. Katie did an excellent job explaining the process both times and explaining the benefits of the product we were getting during our refinance. Even during the current pandemic they made the refinance experience so easy! I highly recommend Katie, Tim, and the entire team at Guild Mortgage in Truckee!

  The Katie Rice Team with Guild Mortgage is fantastic. We have refinanced twice now, using them both times to get the job done. They were efficient and communicative, willing to answer all of our questions and walk through every scenario with us, and got it done with very little to no hassle. Most things were done over the phone or online, which was great because it was easy to fit into our busy schedules. I highly recommend them!

  This is our second loan experience with Katie Rice and the Guild team. Both times we have been extremely satisfied. Katie and the others at Guild are professional, personable, and patient. We live remotely and being able to process loan paperwork via email has saved us many long drives into town.

  We have used Katie Rice and her team multiple times. In San Diego and the Tahoe Region specially Truckee.. Katie and her team are honest being very transparent on cost for refi or new buys which we have done both. Customer service - excellent! Best rates for our transaction - excellent! Most of our transactions are done in San Diego and so easy virtually and by a secured email Fantastic!! They are the best this is not our first Mortgage company but they will be our forever!
