  Helen and team were super helpful and always willing to take a call. With this being my first home purchase, there was so much I didn't know and was nervous about. But Helen and team talked us through everything and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. They also talked us through the pros and cons of all of our options. At the end of the process we felt like they were our team and helped us land on the best options for us. Would recommend Helen and team to anyone given you get the resources of a large company like Guild Mortgage while feeling the personal touch of having someone like Helen who is available and attuned to your needs.

  If you value peace of mind and working with an expert, you’ve found the right person! I worked with Helen this past summer (2021) to refinance my house and she made the process so unbelievably smooth and quick. As in any situation when my money is on the line, I do my due diligence to myself and research before making a decision. Although Helen and her team have years and years of experience, I wouldn’t have had to look very far! Simply having a conversation with her and the team on the phone undoubtedly showed me how knowledgeable she is. I really appreciated the fact that Helen spent the time to listen to my goals , and then proceeded to give me options. She never rushed me through the process and was always happy to clarify any questions that I had.   My husband and I were first time buyers, and to say that we were nervous is an understatement. We found Helen’s team through her radio show, she spent time educating her listeners on buying a home and we knew she’d be amazing to work with. Rosemary at the office was wonderful, in preparation for the process, Rosemary spent countless hours on the phone with us answering all of our questions. Helen and her team are extremely efficient and will walk you through the entire process without making you feel silly for asking tons of questions.   Helen Bernatek and her team were very helpful in obtaining the mortgage for my new home. They were very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered every question I had and if they didn't have the answer right away, they did research and informed me.
