  Wife and I are really struggling with this company and are put into a tough situation as a result. We are furious at the moment and waiting for a last opportunity for things to be rectified before I leave a complete review Edit: Stay away from this company!!! Almost destroyed our opportunity to buy a home with their dishonest practices and discrimination due to my employment in the medical cannabis industry! We were very honest with this company right up front telling them what Fields our employment are in and immediately they said no problem! They ran my credit with a hard inquiry dropping my score and just to find out that because I work in the Cannabis industry they will only be able to use my wife's income to base the loan information off of!!! Being that mortgages is your business it should be very very common knowledge as to the obstacles working in the Cannabis industry will bring and furthermore the clients or customers should not be informing you of the difficulties due to working in this industry! Unprofessional and I am glad we did not give them our business! We found a few more actually honest mortgage companies since this debacle and should be in a home before the summer.

  As a real estate agent myself, and having been through some horror shows with clients and banks/mortgage brokers; I couldn’t be happier to have chosen RMS for my personal mortgage loan an approval process. From start to finish, it was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend RMS and David Johanson to handle the financial aspects of your house purchase!!!

  David Bottone was amazing to work with while purchasing my first home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and could not be more responsive.   David was great! From the beginning to the end he was organised and on top of things completely. When I had questions he explained all the details and made every effort to help me in moving things forward. When it was time to close I found out his company had over 300 closings in a day and it is not unimaginable!!! He was exceptional!! Highly recommend him and his team at Residential Mortgage Services!

  Mike and team are a group of true professionals. As first time homebuyers, the process can be daunting. But they nailed every aspect and made it quick & painless! Couldn’t be happier with the services provided. The RMS app made uploading documents and staying informed about the status of our loan extremely helpful & user friendly. I’ll be sure to share this experience with friends & family in person and on social networks.   From start to finish this was the easiest refinance. with the rms app for your phone made at real easy to send them the documents they needed . they are very helpful and call you right back to answer any question you have. i would highly recommend Residential Mortgage Services
