  Alex Wilson at guild mortgage is absolutely incredible. My situation in buying my house was a super complicated long process. Alex and his team really went above and beyond. I learned so much in this process. They really are amazing. Thank you guys for making my dreams come true❤

  Our mortgage process has been harder than most, and with combined nerves on buying a complicated land and home combined. ashley and Seamus have gone above and beyond to make sure it moves smoothly. I have recommended them already to four other couples. We cannot wait for our home process to be done. It's a hard process but it helps with the customer service levels are SO understanding!   If I can help anyone out, please do not use this company If I could give zero stars I stars, I would. Cancelled out my account after I said I was going to get a second opinion from another lender. They said they’re reasoning after I asked was because I didn’t qualify and I said the paperwork I had said otherwise, also considering we put in an offer an a house which my loan officer knew (we didn’t get the house) thank god, because I no longer want to work with this company and especially these people that poorly represent this business and themselves. We had no problems until I was honest and said I was meeting with another lender. @noelle Leblanc and wynn at reception, I’m appalled by the the disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Passing my paperwork through the door (even though you had no problems with me and my husband coming in when we were clients? “Too busy” to answer my questions, yeah right. Petty, disgusting behavior. It ending up working out. I don’t want to work with people who treat you like trash.

  Having purchased 6 properties over the years, and having fired 2 lenders late in the game for interminable delays and hoop-jumping seemingly for sport, we were very surprised at the smooth, professional, no-nonsense process of obtaining an investment rental mortgage at Guild. Seamus and Breanna were just the best.
