  Guild came through at the last second to save a deal that was headed south and accomplished in one day what another company took weeks to figure out. I would recommend Guild Mortgage to everyone and their grandmothers.

  When my husband and I first bought our home, we financed through Guild and Rhonda’s team. The experience was good besides Rhonda taking credit for her team’s work of doing all of our paperwork. Fast forward 2 years later, I decided to refinance our home. Initially, I had talked to Guild about our options and at the time it seemed not worth it to refinance. I explored my options with other companies and was able to refinance at a rate 1.5+ percent lower than my originally rate with Guild. I had a few questions directly for Rhonda just before closing on this refinance, and she was extremely rude to me. I never blamed Guild for doing or not doing something so Rhonda getting snippy with me as a previous client was ridiculous. Not only did she bash and talk badly about the broker I was currently working with, she wasn’t helpful with my questions. Unprofessional and distasteful to say the least.

  From the first to the last call we had an amazing experience with Guild Mortgage. Ladelle worked hard to get us the loan we needed to buy our home. She treated me like I was her best friend. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the company. I highly recommend working with Guild! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

  My wife and I used the services of Guild Mortgage this year to purchase our first home. We had a great experience working with Jake White, he was very professional and helped us navigate the overwhelming process for a first time home buyer. Guild was actually the second mortgage company we worked with here in town after a poor experience with the first one. I'm so glad we ended up with them. In particular I really enjoyed working with one person throughout the entire process. At the first mortgage company I was bounced around between 4 or 5 people. Nobody was ever up to date on my loan process and I often had to re-review things with each person. I have already referred at least 3 other friends to Jake at Guild. Thank you Jake!

  In 2015 I was introduced to Nancy Meston at Guild Mortgage. A prominent Realtor in the area told me they were a great company to work with and that I should have a lender connection there. I was immediately impressed by Nancy and the services offered by Guild Mortgage company. Since our meeting, Guild has approved and financed many of my buyer clients, with nothing but success. The company's local origins reach back decades, to Madrona Mortgage, founded by Rhonda Stickney. The affiliation with Guild gives them huge financial backing and allows them to service all of their loans in house. They can help just about anyone finance the purchase of a home. On the rare occasion when they can't make it work, they are happy to leverage their industry connections to put the client in contact with a different lender who can make the deal happen. The services here are unparalleled and I can recommend Nancy and her team unequivocally!
