  I have worked with Craig Mathieson at RMS twice now, first when I purchased my home and then I didn’t hesitate to work with him again when I refinanced recently. As a first time home buyer I felt very comfortable throughout the process, he was prompt with answering questions and getting everything done efficiently (the whole team he works with at RMS is great, five stars for them too). While I was refinancing, I could tell he was researching to understand the uncertain markets and was actively working to use that advanced knowledge to get me the best rate possible. I highly recommend working with Craig, especially if you are an anxious first time home buyer like I was. When I was first shopping around for a lender, almost everyone I spoke with either wouldn’t give me all the details (huge red flag!) or were not prompt to respond. Craig made the process easy and transparent, which is exactly what you should expect from your lender.
