  Guild Mortgage was a great lender to work with. Brent was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the process of attaining our financing for the loan for our new house. We enjoyed the updated use of technology in this process and the quick and timely feedback we had on questions and concerns throughout the process. During the search process when we were looking at different homes, Brent did a fantastic job in getting us the numbers and information needed to make decisions on if a house was right for us.

  Guild Mortgage Loan Officer, Brent Norlander, helped my wife and I obtain financing for our first home. He was always honest and helpful, giving us the information we needed and running the financials for us to make the home-buying decision that was the best fit for our budget and our values. Since purchasing our home, Brent has continued to follow up with useful information on the value of our home, when a refinance would make sense and other opportunities he thinks would benefit us. Guild uses the homebot app to give customers a view of the current value of their home and future trends which is a nice touch.

  Guild Mortgage was great to work with! The staff helped walk us through the whole process and were able to explain things very well. They continue to help us if we have any questions about the loan or bills. They are very willing to talk over phone or to meet face to face. They are very welcoming!

  I went to Greg to buy my first home and he was amazing! I recommend him to everyone looking to buy a house. He knows all the in's and out's of finacning homes and refinancing. I also refinanced with him years later. Him and his team made everything go very smoothly!   The Guild website is very end user friendly for the initial application and the employees were amazing to work with when navigating through the process. Brianna and Trevor were particularly helpful and friendly during the entire transaction. I highly recommend them.

  After seeing the reviews I called this mortgage broker. Surprisingly, he was rude on the phone, telling me he was busy. Then he asked for my phone number, and disappeared. So much for glowing reviews.
