  My loan officer Caroline Dahl has been terrific to work with. Friendly, concise, and timely, I would recommend her to anyone I knew who was seeking a mortgage. She’s walked us through all parts of the stressful process of buying a home and acquiring a home loan in terms one can understand. She worked several homes final costs for my husband and I and I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and help. FIVE STARS are well deserved!

  Worked with Roger Seigal​ and I have to say the process was fantastic. Surprisingly simple and painless for those how have refinanced in the past. I reached out to Roger after firing my first and obviously bad choice lender who keep stringing me along. Application to closing was 4 weeks which is amazing to me. I would defiantly use RMS and Roger again for my refinance needs.

  Loan was sold to PHH mortgage which refuses to communicate or pay real estate taxes from the escrow collected for that purpose. You will not be dealing with this company after sale.
