  I was referred to Steve with Guild Mortgage from a friend that recently purchased a home using him as her lender. From the moment I called to ask about options he was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Steve was extremely patient with me as a new home owner and answered every single question I had. Any time I called him he answered and was very quick to respond to emails. This market is insane right now and most of my offers had to be put in on a weekend and he never hesitated to get me my numbers no matter what time or day it was. True definition of above and beyond. As a travel healthcare worker I was told straight up no from other lenders but Steve was very optimistic and was able to get me into my very first home! Thank you to Steve and Elizabeth for being so good at what you do and making me feel comfortable and making this process painless. I was able to close on my home even while I was out of state in a with contract. I can’t say enough good things about this team. If you are shopping for a lender, call Steve Mollman!!!

  Guy is a true professional! He made sure that we were informed and comfortable throughout the entire process! Guy is very detailed and thorough! Our realtor made a comment to us about how impressed he is with Guy and how on top of things he was! I couldn't say enough great things about Guy and Guild Mortgage!   Bryan Hasz and Guild Mortgage were awesome. They took care of everything the way it needed to be. That left us to shop and find our perfect home. I can't say enough positive about them. You don't have to worry about all the horror stories as long as you follow their instructions. Hardest part is the waiting for the bank and the seller.

  I want to thank Matthew Wentz and the Guild Mortgage Company. My wife and I just refinanced our house and Guild Mortgage helped us save over $600 a month. Big savings for us! My wife and I are very pleased with the results! The staff at Guild Mortgage are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend Guild Mortgage to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.

  I can only speak on one person here, SHELLY. I was referred to Guild Mortgage and I think it was luck of the draw on who happend to be available. She didn't know some of the income limits etc, no big deal. She was going to call me back that afternoon, she had just gotten out of a meeting. Even when she didn't call me back the next day I thought she must be gathering all the info. Well 3 days later I called her and she was shocked to hear my name! She didn't have the info and could she call me back when she got it later? Wow! I need a freaking mortgage loan! Like three days ago! I know things happen and people fall thru the crack but not even an apology...with the market in Denver you would think she would hop on it. Ohwell, there are a billion places to get Mortgage loans. She acted like it was my fault for buying a house, what an idiot. Her poor boss

  Jen, I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with Guild staff. Customer service with an excellent experience is very important to us. What you describe is not what we want our customers to go through. I am happy to try and help any way I can, but please know that we do not have a Shelly in our office in Highlands Ranch.
