  Brett at Guild Mortgage was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful during the home buying process. He explained each step to my fiancé and I, who were a couple of nervous first time home buyers. He was always looking out for our best interest and didn’t push us to take a loan larger than we felt comfortable with. Brett and his assistant, Kayla, kept us informed and on track throughout the process which was highly appreciated since there are so many time sensitive items to complete. We would highly recommend partnering with Brett at Guild Mortgage when buying a home!

  I think you guys have great communication, I know it was hard communicating with my father and I with both of our schedules always booked out. Also getting pre approval done quick and closing done super fast was great for Hannah and I. Thank you for everything!
