      I am very disappointed, been with this credit union since 2014. I have issues all the time with online banking. The app and the website is always down and I can not get no one on the phone. Oh yes, the ATM has no balance check and all this and we have to pay a service, for what??? Not a good banking experience.

      If there was "0" Star option - it would fit! Wow look at all your negative reviews on Yelp.! I have to agree- seems that most all these reviews come back to one very important aspect of a company -CUSTOMER SERVICE (Guardians needs to invest in a company to train your company on what is required to treat your customers right) I had been with Palm Beach Community Credit union (PBCC) for around 10 ++years- the people that worked there, actually cared about their customers. I had several of the loan officers and banking representatives direct extension numbers and email addresses. I had several car loans and had always paid them off in full. I had a healthy rapport and would go into their small office and greet the ladies in the Fort Pierce FL location regarding my banking needs. Guardians credit union comes in and buys out Palm Beach Community Credit union and you treat your customers like crap.I asked for their corporate contact information & I was given the general "contact us online form".. Long hold times on the telephone that exceed 30+ minutes, you give the option to leave our phone number for call back, and I would never receive one; I would have to send an email for follow up and that doesn't even get attention.Your representatives are rude and can't speak clearly and when I have emailed them, they can't even follow through and get what I have asked to get done correctly, let alone return my calls.Guardians closed both my credit card and line of credit accounts without even advising me. I did nothing wrong to your company. My payments were always on time, and never late. Now I receive communication from the Credit Bureau reporting that Reads GUARDIANS CU account was either settled on for less than the balance or closed because you haven't used it in awhile, and neither of those are true!! I still owe and will continue paying. I didn't deserve this type of treatment from your company, Nor should anyone else - looking at the reviews left on Yelp ,your company leaves a lot to be desired. We all know (Joe will respond & say contact us now and let's talk - yea no thank you, you had your chance to keep me as a customer, I asked for corporate contact information) I'll take my money out and keep my loyalty at iThink Financial Credit Union - locations in Florida & Georgia -they care about their customers, they have new locations opening up everywhere- making it easier for transactions. I'll attach iThink information and definitely give a good recommendation to iThink Financial Credit Union -where you will get great service.

      They are horrible Someone went to do a deposit on my account and they share my private information with them including how much money was available on the account, I try to ask what hapen and they were trying to blame me for that saying I wasn't suppose to Share my account number if this happen to someone else please let me know.

      Been with them about maybe 3yrs, most of my check deposited there, my account has had a few loans and I never ever missed payments. Now i cant get a loan i guess because of credit with other institutions while i continue to have exceptional payment history with them. Im closing my account soon as i can.

      My visit to the Fort Pierce Branch was pleasant. I spoke with Lisa, who was genuinely amiable. She didn't just give me a loan, she informed me on how this loan could benefit me. She was engaging and I felt comfortable asking her questions.

      My debit card is continually locked out, I finally stopped using it all together, and their online account access is horrendous. Since my debit card never works, I have to use a credit card for all of my purchase transactions. I'm so sorry that I set my account up with them. I've found them "less than helpful" at the bank and when calling about the card. No weekend hours...not convenient to working people. If you're looking for a good credit union, keep looking.

      I went here with the intention of moving all my accounts here. I usually bank at smaller banks because of the personal service you normally receive. I walked in, sat down and NO one acknowledged my presence for about 45 minutes even though a woman who appeared to be the manager walked by me several times. She came from the only private office in the building which is why I assume she was the manager. Finally, one of the tellers asked if I was there to open an account. When I said yes, she gave me the papers to fill out. The"manager walked by again and she did finally look but never acknowledged me. By this time it I had sat there for close to an hour with only the teller speaking to me. When the hour was up, I took the papers, (which contained my personal information), off of the clip board, laid the board on a chair and walked out the door. Even though I bank at a much larger and much busier bank right now, at least when I walk in the door, within one to two minutes, someone acknowledges my presence and says that they will be right with me. People, AVOID this place at all costs!!! Service is the worst I have ever seen at any bank I have ever been in in my over fifty years of dealing with banks.

      If the branch is closed there is no customer service, no one on staff. If you have any issues you’re SOL. I would stick to a traditional bank with decent hours and they have call centers to help with any account questions you have after hours . This place was recommended to me but personally my experience has been nothing but stressful.

      Lisa and Krissy are amazing at the credit union branch in ft pierce. They are always here for me when I need them. I recommend all my friends and family to join. Building a strong relationship with a local credit union is extremely imortant to me.

      I had a refreshing experience with Jodi M. today. In the world we live in today it seems customer service has fallen by the waste side, not with her. She was helpful and very knowledgeable from the beginning. I am glad to be a member of this credit union where we still come first.
