  Kelly, was very helpful, kind and understanding. She is excellent at her job. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a mortgage on a new house or refinancing. She worked with us and help us understand the process. No matter how many times we called her with questions, she was always very sweet. We had updates sent to us every step of the way.   Kelly was great to work with on our loan. She was very kind and understanding, she walked us through the loan process in a way that made it easy to understand, was excellent at helping us find solutions to things that could have gone wrong, and when financial issues came up that would normally be awkward to talk about, she breezed through it in a kind and non-judgmental way that made us feel at ease.

  I communicated with Michaelann late on a weekend about my refinance. She provided information about the rates available, I applied online, and by Monday morning we had locked in a wonderful rate. Michaelann communicated often about the status of the loan and it was smooth and painless. I had refinanced or purchased home with other organizations in the last years, and my experience with Michaelann Perea has been hands down the best ever. I highly recommend her :-)

  Everything was taken care of quickly, efficiently, and with a good explanation of what was happening. I was particularly impressed with Michelleann managing to get an appraiser scheduled in half the time other companies were telling me it would take.
