She's professional, efficient, always pleasant and polite...and helpful! It's wonderful to be able to actually talk to someone on the phone about banking matters! So glad I made the switch.

Cate Bo5I just completed a project with EB&T and it was efficient and professional from start to finish! I worked with Christian Tena on my construction loan and honestly he made me feel so comfortable the whole way. Any question I had he made sure I had an answer, and quick! He responded day or night. The knowledgeable, dedicated staff at E B&T is a true testament of Dion Silva’s leadership. I couldn’t be happier with our construction loan process. This is our second long-term mortgage with the bank and first construction loan and will be using and recommending this team to all my friends, family and clients!

Jinky Romero1If you want to do business with this bank you better have a lot of time to waste because you will be waiting 45 minutes or more for ANYONE TO COME ON THE LINE THAT IS IF YOU EVER GET ANYONE.

Jo Hudson5LANB has been a very friendly and competent bank since I moved here 3&1/2 years ago. Fine tellers and officers to help when needed but last week I needed some checks copied and had to ask Katerie Calvert for help several times in the same day. She was so helpful and patient until all was complete. I truly was grateful because I didn't want to have to explain it all to additional people. I was so happy that I could get back to her. She was competent and dogged until I had what I needed. Awesome service.

Victor Gavron1How many tries does it take to get correct information printed on a new (continuation) check book order? Once should be enough. However, there was no resemblance between what we requested (which was what was previously printed, and was handed to them) and what was actually printed on the new checks we received. I had to go in a second time, and hopefully they will now get this right.

Anita De Domenico1This bank is impossible...they never answer calls. I'm put on hold and leave messages....it is impossible. I will have to move my account.JONDAY JULY 12, 2021. HERE WE GO AGAIN...FOR SOME REASON I "CANNOT" ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. I AM A WIDOW..AND I NEED TO KNOW IF MY SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK HAS ARRIVED...AND I AM BLOCKED FROM ENTERING MY ACCOUNT. I "JUST" TRIED CALLING EVERY NUMBER I COULD FIND, the first message was the bank is very busy and my call will be answered in the form it was received so wait on line..... (must be a central line in some other State because it's the same message I always get even though I maybe call once, at most 2 times per year). More and more people are telling me to move my account from this Bank..it is hopeless...BUT I HAVEN'T DONE IT BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO MY HOME!!! I guess I really am going to HAVE TO MOVE MY ACCOUNT. I can't believe every time I've made a call...I'm put on hold. I'm in my 80's and I need to know my account is available to me...or, if not...someone will speak to me for goodness sake????????? A. D.
