  If I could leave less than one star, I would. Found these guys in my mother's house one day and they gave me some story that the Mortgage company gave them a list and my mom's house was on it. They were there to "clear debris", snow blow, and maintain the property. I didn't have too long to argue with them and they decided to leave. The truck they brought would never have held any "debris" - which by their definition is perishables, and other junk. I didn't have time at that moment, and they decided to leave. However, I did notice briefly that they removed a flat screen TV from its mount in the basement, and were emptying an antique cabinet of older antique items. Fast forward a little, and I finally went back in to get everything cleaned up. I found my son's Baseball cards, and Garbage pail kids strewn about downstairs. The rest are missing - they were in a trunk in the attic. Every single room had drawers opened an tossed. I found a cigarette stomped out inside my home. I'm afraid to find out what else has been missing. Judging by the other comments here, I'm not the only one. I've filed with the BBB, and I have contacted the police, however, the person at Guardian Assets said "it's my word against theirs". So, in summary, these people are thieves and crooks. If you find them in your house, don't wait and contact THE POLICE immediately.

  I called these people to advise them of the neighbor's tree had large broken limbs hanging over my new fence...they said they are responsible and would take care of it...a man did come to my house and took pictures. Two weeks later I saw him and he told them he quoted them $4000.00 for the limbs and $10,000 for the tree...I knew was in trouble. I had them removed for $600, doubt I will see a dime...I then called them to tell them the back door was wide open and the hot water heater had a bad leak and the back porch was flooding....took them over a week to take care of that..I am still waiting for them to demolish the two sheds since their roofs were torn off and the sheet metal flaps when the wind blows. When you call you never get thru and if you do get thru they are nice and say let me connect you to whoever and then you get another leave a message. I don't think I would trust these people with a goldfish, much less something of value!

  This company is just a group of thugs who go out and “inspect” properties and then when nobody comes to the door, they make entry under the auspices of “securing the property.” They even left damaged and the back door and then left it open. It was more unsecure after they came. There’s going to be a bad outcome if this happens again so you better knock loudly!

  Guardian Asset Management left a notice on my front door this morning stating that our house was abandoned and they were going to change the locks and winterize the plumbing. I have called the police to inform them that I am concerned someone will try to break into my home. I have no idea why anyone would try these tactics. The risk of getting shot is not worth whatever these scammers are paying.

  Deceptive practices... guy shows up claiming to be "sent from my mortgage company to verify occupancy"...uh nooo. My mortgage company is well aware that it owner occupied. They are phishing for abandoned properties likely for acquisition. Cease and desist! Edited...after reading these reviews, it was clear the guy was there basically to break into my home if he decided it had been abandoned.

  They stole everything! They took new hardwood flooring, large generator tools, tiller, and so ,much more! They simply brought a truck and loaded it up!

  Guardian stole many items from the house I inherited and was in the legal process of preparing to sell. They bolted me out of my own house!

  Will not contact me. The lawn company they have hired to manage a property near mine continues to throw lawn waist on my property. These people won't even respond

  Guardian has broken into my house twice.. First time I was away for a few days dealing with family issues. And they broke into my house and stole about 3 grand worth of electronics. They also stole all my toilet paper and $600 in cash and recipients from me making mortgage payments.  On top of my insulin and needles for m6 insulin.  After they robbed us they changed the locks with out notice. Which is illegal by the way.  That was a year ago.  About a 2 monthes ago now they sent 2 more people out while my boyfriend and I where sleeping mid day since we work nights. And they broke into my house again. They claimed they knocked. They barely tapped the door. Btw I have video of them tapping on the door and breaking off the knob.  That was 2 month ago and again changed locks.  They threatened us till we allowed them to changed the locks that's after they broke old one off. Which btw is illegal.  The two people that came over one looked like he was armed.

  They have broken into my home twice!! They have vandalized and stolen several things!!
