  I have worked with Angy Farris at Guaranty Trust twice for home loans. She is absolutely fabulous! She is sooo friendly. She makes sure every single detail is taken care of before submitting your loan so that approval is easy and smooth. I will definitely use Angy again in the future.   Cheryl White is absolutely amazing. She educated me on every aspect of a home loan. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. Even when our builder was 2 months behind she was there to guide us. We also went to Midsouth bank and Tim Beal "joked" about how he really needed us to sign our home loan with him because March was a slow month and he needed a paycheck! He also ran our credit reports without telling us and sent in paperwork stating we had already signed for the home loan when we hadn't signed anything! I highly recommend Cheryl White!!

  Jeannine Dalton of Guaranty Trust is by far the best loan officer in Murfreesboro. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with her on a couple of occasions. The process went quickly and smoothly both times. Jeannine is very knowledgeable of all the different programs that are out there and picked the best one for our needs, not only did she pick the right program she kept us well in formed when she thought it would be the right time to refinance.   Kathy Cranmer, senior loan officer, was easy to work with and very helpful and responsive though out our refinance process. I would highly recommend her to anyone even thinking about obtaining a mortgage. Also, Guaranty Trust has some of the best loan rates around.

  Angy Farris was recommended to us by our realtor and she was absolutely wonderful. We were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing or what we needed. Angy was very patient with us. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me and a lot of time with us in her office. She explained every single detail of the home buying and loan process to us. She made sure she got us something we could afford and something we weren't going to have a hard time figuring out how to pay each month. She is highly recommended!!!

  My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Shearer Spears two times now. The first was in 2009 when we were buying our first home. As first time homebuyers we knew nothing! Shearer was so helpful at explaining everything to us in terms that we could understand. Everything went so smooth. In 2013 when interest rates were low we thought about refinancing and I knew we defiantly wanted to work with Shearer again. Again she made everything so simple and would work around our schedule for any meetings that were needed. We will definitely use her again for any future needs we may have.
