  Gabe and his team made our refinance process go incredibly smooth. Someone was always available to answer any questions we had. The communication was wonderful.   Zach Nelson was incredible to work with! Really awesome guy that makes you feel like family. I had no desire to shop around for rates after speaking with 2 other competitors because Zach’s customer service is 2nd to none!

  Gabe Whitmer Team at FirstBank are absolutely AMAZING! Gabe Whitmer recently helped us purchase our first home! Being first time home buyers we were very nervous about taking the next step and not sure where to begin. Gabe made the process very easy and understandable. We were given step by step instructions of what was needed from us AND if we had any questions, he was always a text, email, or phone call away.  All questions and concerns were answered / addressed immediately. There were a couple bumps in the road, which can be expected, but Gabe and his team  went above and beyond to get everything squared away so we could get into our new home. Gabe also kept us in the loop during the entire process, which was very important to us.  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gabe and his team. If you are looking for someone you can trust and that will go over and beyond for you, give him a call! You will not be disappointed.
