  Horrible experience back in 2020. application ignored, delays, and one of last email responses had Rate loan officer bringing their religion and race into response. I canceled the application and escalated my concerns with no response. Two years later get solicitated to open a personal loan. Let's see if my request to delete my information and to never be contacted again is honored! You don't do horrible business and then bother former applicants since your volume is crashing from people not taking out home loans.

  I am ONLY giving this company a one star because I can't give them a zero. I am a realtor of many years and just watched them waste a VERY QUALIFIED buyer's and seller's time and money and deny a loan to a buyer who herself is an underwriter and gave them everything and more that they needed. They waited until the last minute to do a process that could have been done weeks ago. They allowed a processor to write opinions and understandings that is the responsibility of the Underwriter. Working with Mr. Beaudry the VP of production he left us waiting all day for communication on final approval and when he was pushed to communicate at the end of the day he said "let me check on it" - quick to offer apologies and no solutions. Terrible company and terrible processes. Too many other reputable companies out there to work with...this has been my personal experience after working years and years with loan companies.

  Mike Dye and his colleagues did a remarkable job assisting me with a simple refinance that had become a nightmare with a well-known national lender. The difference was their knowledge of our communities and a remarkable ability to employ a well designed IT application to gather the litany of forms needed today. Having had several mortgages and moves in my career, this was by far the most efficient, polite and enjoyable (yes, enjoyable) mortgage transaction . Recommended without reservation.

  It took them 6 months to refinance my house and at the end they charged me $950 in additional rate lock extension fees which is just outrageous. Avoid them.
