  Leonard and his team are amazing! This is the third time that they have helped my husband and I with a loan. But I appreciate about Leonard is that he is very thorough in the beginning so that there are no surprises throughout the process. When he gives you an estimate you can expect that it is accurate and there will be no hidden fees. He always makes himself available by text or phone call and he uses this really awesome website that gives you a great visual of what you are paying and where are all of the fees are going. Don’t be discouraged if you are a first time home buyer or have an unconventional type of loan. Leonard helped us get into our home with a first time home buyer loan and since then we have been able to get a lower interest-rate, remove the PMI, and get a second so that we could do some home improvements. We are still paying less than our initial mortgage!

  Very disappointing experience. No updates, no customer service, not trustworthy or honest in their assessment-they only want the easy jobs and will blow you off if they actually have to do work. Constantly lied to us about the process and we feel swindled.
